Waiting for Maria...

I had very eventful week)) I've visited Ivan' Bithday party, Julia's pyjama-party and found new part-time job.
It's nice to spend last holidays' days with friends! At pajama-party we have watched the "Splice" movie (we like horror films!)

Tomorrow Julie and me are going to Federation cup. We love tennis and would like to give moral support to russian team! The most exciting news was Maria Sharapova' coming! She is very talented player with her own style of the game. Moreover Maria is fashionable person in and out of court. Her tennis dresses always cause a sensation.

Training Day

I spent all day in the gym.  Ann and me had very hard training. Now I'feeling tired but proud of the work done.
It was awfully cold when I was coming home(( Hate winter!

Second-hand Portraits

Today me and my friends Lera and Yana have visited Stella Art Foundation gallery. The exhibition's called Second-hand portrat. "If the traditional portrait was born from direct contact between artist and model, in contemporary art all has been reversed. Most often, it borrows images from the mas media, portraits of political and pop-cultural “stars,” reduced to glorified cliché by billions of views". So I  like modern and conceptual art but I find traditional art more interesting and serious (my favourite artist is  Hubert Robert).
We spent time very funny: some pictures were amusing!

We're really impressed by Boo Ritson's works! She paints people, but not on canvas or on board – she literally coats people with paint. Presented as photographs, Ritson’s portraits are a double masquerade!

At my english classes I met new teacher - Amy. She's american and it was her first lesson with russian studients. She was very nice but little bit nervous. Our group likes acting teachers but we miss our regular teacher =(   Wish he comes back next week!..

My first post!

WOW! This's my first post - I have never had blog before!..

I had free time today and I'd like stay out of doors. So after having lunch I went to the forest near my house.
